I was born in 1959 in Malta and am married with 1 boy and 2 girls.

I am a chef and restaurant owner.

(highly recommended by Brian Dowling the site author who ate there in September 2002.  If you visit Malta you must eat here at least once!)

My grandfather was English but was killed in the Second World War before my father was born therefore my father took his mother's surname.
