Dowlings of the China

I'm John Dowling and I am in China!"

 

 

 
Born in 1949 I am an engineer for the electronics' industry and have been assigned to China for a few years.  I am currently in Shanghai.

My great grand-uncle landed in Banna Strand with Roger Casement.  My family is currently in Clare and Limerick in Ireland.

My father, Hubert, married a Marlborough (Windsor connection) from Clare.  My son has just completed his Masters Degree in Computer Science in Limerick.

My interests are scuba diving, cycling, travel and gadgets!
