I am sorry for delays in answering e-mails but over the last year. My treatment for head & neck cancer back in 2008 has left me sometimes unable to cope with all life's demands.
Thanks for all the 'best wishes,' I am much improved and am now slowly working through hundreds of e-mails.
On top of all this I still work and have been spending huge amounts of time working abroad in India away from my desktop computer (well, it pays the rent!).
